FAIST Anlagenbau GmbH

Human Resources Officer / HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are a medium-sized group of companies and, with around 220 employees, we are one of the leading manufacturers in the field of technical noise control and air intake systems for gas turbines. With our aero-acoustic wind tunnel systems and anechoic chambers, we have created a high-tech standard that has made us known around the globe as acoustic experts. An international customer base and worldwide installation locations require a high degree of flexibility and global thinking from our employees.

Your tasks with us:

  • Business Partner: Good human resources work is our goal—in HR, you are an important and central part of our global organization.
  • Support & Consulting: You are responsible for our entire workforce: you support and advise managers and employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle. You manage our employees' payroll accounting and ensure that it is implemented correctly.
  • Recruiting: You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from personnel requirements and candidate selection to drafting employment contracts and onboarding.
  • Personnel Marketing / Personnel Development: You will independently plan and organize personnel marketing and personnel development measures. In addition, you have in-depth experience in talent management and succession planning – ideally from conception to implementation.
  • HR projects: You enjoy initiating or working on your own projects and supporting project teams to advance HR processes in our company in a sustainable manner.
  • HR strategy/organization: You will have overall responsibility for HR strategy and will develop the HR organization of the group of companies in a future-oriented manner. You will translate strategy and values into measurable management and employee behavior.
  • Labor law/co-determination: You work closely with the works council and ensure compliance with legal requirements across the group.
  • Global processes/standards: You manage and harmonize global HR processes and standards and ensure their sustainable implementation. You develop HR structures and actively support change and internationalization projects until they are effectively implemented.
  • Leadership/international cooperation/projects: As Head of HR Germany, you will manage the team and global contacts in a professional and disciplinary capacity and coordinate international projects.
  • Sparring/transformation: You will advise the management as a strategic sparring partner on organizational, leadership, and transformation issues.

What you bring with you:

  • You see your daily work as an investment in people and thus in the success of our company. You enjoy getting involved in the department and making things happen.
  • Qualifications: You have successfully completed commercial training with additional specialist qualifications (or a degree in human resources management). You have knowledge and experience in personnel administration (including payroll accounting), recruitment, and development, as well as in legal frameworks.
  • Management experience: You have several years of management experience in the HR field—ideally in a medium-sized industrial company with management responsibility—or are ready for the next step of taking on full responsibility in a medium-sized company.
  • Languages/communication: You are business fluent in German; knowledge of English would be desirable.
  • Personality/working style: You are quick on the uptake, work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner with a high degree of initiative, communicate confidently, and are persuasive thanks to your assertiveness and confident manner.
  • Small and medium-sized enterprises: You know and love small and medium-sized enterprises, i.e., you actively participate on a daily basis, take on responsibility, and drive forward a wide range of topics.
